Differentiation is to create competitive advantage by distinguishing their product on one more or more features important to their customers. For example one company should describe a unique or something different to their products to make a customer feel and get something new. People nowdays more favorite into the same and good product but it will give more benefit to them and something new and also follow the globalization. Next, the price also being an a important factors, the company should put the suitable price on their products. That means a differentiation on Poster's.

  Answer  : Yes,i agree potential threat to traditional telephone companies because from the case its will be simply to people who are wish anything by only using the cell phone without credit card anymore. So,the counter strategies could traditional telephone companies adopt to prepare for this technology is first the company should made a promotion with the technology something like internet, radio and television to introduce the traditional telephone to public. Then, company should improve the design of traditional telephone for example made a telephone similar like a smart phone like small for easy to bring anywhere,touch screen and etc. Next, the company should made an a festival to launched the opening for company product to showed to public and others. By the festival,the customer may know more about the traditional telephone with their own eyes and deserve to try it on a festival.

Answer : By using Porter's Five Forces,the describes to entry for this new technology is first the threat of substitute products and services. The barriers to entry for this new technology is its maybe not fulfill the customer satisfaction. For example, some customer more preferred using IT. IT is the best practices in daily life. Maybe the telephone will only by can buying something like the can of soda only but its will not able to make a fast transaction such as paying a bills with online, nowdays new bank must offers online paying bills.  They can access it very fast only use a finger tip without take a long time period. Next, is the barriers is the buyer power. Buyer have their own choices of whom to buy anything is it from our company or another company. Company have the high risk when many of company also have the same idea telephone  technology. And the vice versa  when low of company produce the same production, a few choices from buyer to choose it.

Again, this is driven by the number of buyers, the importance of each individual buyer to your business, the cost to them of switching from your products and services to those of someone else, and so on. If you deal with few, powerful buyers, then they are often able to dictate terms to you.
3. Competitive Rivalry: What is important here is the number and capability of your competitors. If you have many competitors, and they offer equally attractive products and services, then you'll most likely have little power in the situation, because suppliers and buyers will go elsewhere if they don't get a good deal from you. On the other hand, if no-one else can do what you do, then you can often have tremendous strength.
4. Threat of Substitution: This is affected by the ability of your customers to find a different way of doing what you do – for example, if you supply a unique software product that automates an important process, people may substitute by doing the process manually or by outsourcing it. If substitution is easy and substitution is viable, then this weakens your power.
5. Threat of New Entry: Power is also affected by the ability of people to enter your market. If it costs little in time or money to enter your market and compete effectively, if there are few economies of scale in place, or if you have little protection for your key technologies, then new competitors can quickly enter your market and weaken your position. If you have strong and durable barriers to entry, then you can preserve a favorable position and take fair advantage of it.

Nowdays , many of business people using electronic to share everything with others to get profit and also to increased commercial in their company. so, it give an many impact on business operations. First its reducing costs for example we can also get our wish only in internet.We do not to get or buy something by using car or energy in a stall that will reducing our cost to pay anything on our journey to reach at station. Next,its also improving productivity in a company and also generating growth.

Permulaan Langkah ke Blog Baru ( IT )

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahiwabarakatuh dan salam sejahtera kepada semua yang sedang menatap blog yang indah ini (indah ke??) hehehe
Hari ini dengan segala hormatnya saya telah membuka satu lagi account gmail baru khas untuk buat blog untuk subjek it madam intan liyana ini. Dan agak mendukacitakan saya agak lama tak memgarang disini mungkin kekok sedikit tapi demi subjek yang menggembirakan ini saya akan cuba sedaya upaya mencurahkan idea2 yang bernas. Untuk minggu yang pertamanya saya memilih untuk membuat tumblr tapi sayangnya tumblr tidak dapat digunakan di makmal ini jadi terpaksa memilih eblogger juga. Alkisahnya pada minggu lepas saya dan classmate dikerah untuk mencipta blog sendiri mengenai every chapter yang kami belajar for every week. Dan aktiviti yang telah dilakukan pada minggu lepas adalah permulaan subjek it dengan introduction serta separuh daripada chapter one telah dijalankan.Mungkin banyak pembelajaran yang kita kan dapat dengan belajar kelas It ini.
